Cancellation & No-Show Policy
At Shaped we honor your time and the artistry of our services. Each appointment is reserved exclusively for you, and we kindly ask that our policies are respected to ensure the highest level of service for every client.
Booking & Deposit

Appointments are reserved especially for you, and some services require a deposit to secure your time.

Deposit Required Services: High-value or hard-to-fill services (e.g., full lash sets, brow microblading, lifts) require a non-refundable deposit to confirm your appointment. This deposit is applied to your total service cost.

Deposit-Free Services: Quick or lower-value services (e.g., brow touch-ups, tint-only appointments) do not require a deposit, but late cancellations or no-shows may incur a 50% service fee.

Your appointment is considered confirmed only once any required deposit is received.
Cancellations & Rescheduling

Kindly provide at least 24–48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.

Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Rebooking will require a new deposit.

Habitual last-minute cancellations may require prepayment for future appointments.
No-Show Policy

Missed appointments without prior notice will result in:

20–100% charge of the service at our discretion.

After two no-shows, prepayment may be required for all future bookings.

Late Arrivals

Arriving more than 10–15 minutes late may result in a shortened service or rescheduling.

Late arrivals may be treated as a late cancellation, with fees applied.
Emergencies & Exceptions
We understand emergencies arise. Exceptions may be considered for genuine circumstances. Documentation may be requested.
